上記建物の賃貸借契約は、更新がなく、期間の満了により賃貸借は終了しますので、期間の満了の日の翌日を始期とする新たな賃貸借契約(再契約)を締結する場合を除き。期間の満了日までに上記建物を明け渡さなくてはなりません。
The following is an explanation in accordance with Article 38(2) of the Land and Building Lease Act. Please read it carefully. The lease agreement for the above-mentioned building is non-renewable and the lease is terminated at the expiration of the term, unless a new lease agreement (retraction) is entered into with a start date of the day following the expiration of the term. The above building must be surrendered by the expiration date of the term.
